November 23, 2021: Circle of Light Gathering
Heading into the holidays, we will explore ways to buffer ourselves from some of the overwhelm that we might be particularly susceptible to if we have experienced deep grief or trauma.
*You are invited to bring a candle to this virtual gathering.*
The Hero's Journey begins in an ordinary world. The hero exists before the story begins, oblivious of the trials and tribulations to come. Through adversity and challenge we learn crucial details about our self, our true nature, our capabilities and our outlook on life. We may come upon great tests of our inner strength but we can triumph if we persevere.
There is a lot more learning available to us in the Post Traumatic Growth Workbook. We hAVE covered what PTG can look like, when you get there, but the journey there is also significant. The remainder of the workbook talks about how to get there. We have decided to explore the HOW at our next meeting.
